Cottage Ojstrica – Fairytale on Velika planina

Cottage Ojstrica lies in one of the most beautiful locations on Velika planina, just below its highest peak. The charming cottage has an exceptional view of the entire mountain range of Kamnik-Savinja Alps. It is luxuriously equipped and has everything you need for a relaxed and carefree vacation in the mountains. A fully equipped kitchen and living room with a fireplace, a comfortable Finnish sauna, free WiFi, floor heating and a hot shower await you to make your stay the most comfortable one. After a good night’s sleep in one of the cosy beds, the view of the sunrise will keep you company while making your morning coffee. In the evening, the fire in the fireplace and the sunset with its vibrant colours will provide a perfect romantic scenery. The cottage is a little paradise for children as well, offering many adventures yet to be discovered. Dogs are welcome too.

Equipped kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator with a freezer, kitchenware, tea towels and some basic ingredients, such as sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, tea and coffee.

Bathroom with a shower

The cottage has a bathroom with a shower, hot water and floor heating.

Fireplace and floor heating

The fireplace with a glass door creates a warm and romantic atmosphere. Additional floor heating is installed for your comfort.

A fairytale room for couples

There are 4 single beds in the attic and a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps two people, but the most magical place is the downstairs fairytale bedroom with a queen size bed for couples. All the beds are equipped with high quality mattresses.

Terrace with a barbecue

There are deckchairs on the terrace to enjoy the spectacular views, and a stone built barbecue if you wish to do some grilling.

Dogs are welcome

We pay special attention to dogs, which are always welcome to come with you (additional fee applies).
